Mr. Ravi Chhabra is a seasoned legal and compliance leader with over 25 years of experience, who brings in deep expertise across corporate legal, governance, regulatory compliance and cross-border advisory.

A Law and Commerce Graduate from Delhi University, Company Secretary, and a specialist in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Cyber Laws, Labour & Employment laws, Ravi has built a distinguished career spanning diverse industries including Manufacturing, FMCG, Automotive, as well as Services Sector, including IT/ITeS, BPO/KPO, Legal & Corporate Secretarial Consulting/Advisory.

Having held senior leadership roles, including General Counsel and Head of Legal & Compliance, as well as member of Board of Directors, Ravi has been instrumental in advising and steering large, globally integrated organizations. His experience includes working with multinational corporations and Fortune 500 environments, where he has led legal and compliance functions across multiple entities, aligning local operations with global regulatory frameworks.

Overall, Ravi has been in leadership roles for 15+ years in global corporations namely Forvia Hella India (Germany & France headquartered world's 7th largest automotive component & technology supplier); Majorel India (Germany Headquartered, was part of Bertelsmann Group, one of the world's largest services conglomerate); McCormick India (US Headquartered World's Largest Maker of spices, seasonings and flavours); Hero MotoCorp Group (India Headquartered, World's Largest manufacturer of two & three wheelers). Apart from industry, Ravi also has around 10+ years of experience in Legal & Compliance Consulting / Advisory roles, wherein he has worked as Practising Company Secretary, as well as Advocate / Corporate Lawyer.
